Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

• Loose leaf teas

• Honey

• Body Polish

• Candles

• Any opened or used products

These items cannot be resold once opened.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 Days of delivery.

We'll review your request and, if approved send a replacement or issue a refund.

Order Cancellations

​

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

​

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds

​

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

​

Please allow 5-10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
